RiverStone Group, Inc. is a leading producer of construction aggregates in the Midwest, and we are looking for the right individual to fill an opening for 2nd shift Assistant Quarry Superintendent at our Troy Grove, IL facility. The schedule will be 5 to 6 days per week (based on season) with a daily start time of 4 pm. Candidates must be dependable and available to work overtime as needed.

Major responsibilities include :
- Under the guidance of the Quarry Superintendent, direct and supervise all 2nd shift maintenance activities
- Audit existing maintenance plans and modify as required in an effort to strive for optimal efficiency of plant operations at all times.
- Repair and maintain all plant equipment as required.
- Properly follow all company policies and adhere to all governmental regulations
- Perform welding repairs and fabrication on all quarry equipment as required.
