Landscape Technician- Full Time
RiverWoods Exeter is currently hiring for an experienced Landscape Technician to come and join our team! This is a Full Time M-F benefits eligible position.
RiverWoods Exeter sits on a 200-plus acre campus and is home to the RiverWoods Exeter Arboretum with over 220 different species of trees and fantastic trails and gardens. The Landscape Technician is responsible for the care of the grounds, roads, walkways as well as the safety and appearance of the grounds, equipment and vehicles. This includes routine grounds care including, trimming, pruning, weeding, sweeping, and other such duties during the summer; and snow removal during the colder months.

Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork while meeting the needs of residents, staff and visitors.
- Perform routine grounds care including planting, trimming, pruning, weeding, sweeping, and other such daily assignments from supervisor.
- Monitor common area planting beds for weeds, edge and mulch as needed.
- Execute and assist with RiverWoods landscape projects to completion.
- Maintain and monitor proper operation of irrigation system.
- Monitor planting beds, turf areas, and common areas for cleanliness and health of plants.
- Maintain safe operation of equipment as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Perform seasonal clean-up.
- Perform Environmental Service routine duties, including but not limited to trash removal, floor care, uncomplicated work orders
- Snow removal operations
- Additional shift coverage as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous Landscape and Snow Removal (plowing) experience preferred
- Green SnowPro Cert preferred
