What You’ll Do In These Roles
- Deliver a world-class, high-touch customer journey across multiple touchpoints: in-person, phone, text, email, and digital.
- Educate prospective customers on Rivian’s products, mission, and ownership experience through both static and dynamic vehicle demonstrations.
- Build and manage a healthy lead pipeline—proactively engaging, qualifying, and supporting customers across various stages of their journey.
- Own and exceed KPIs across demo drives, lead engagement, conversion, satisfaction, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Host and support retail activations, community events, and experiential moments that deepen brand connection and drive demand.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Rivian’s products, services, and the broader EV landscape to effectively address questions, build value, and overcome objections.
- Support day-to-day operations including showroom upkeep, event setup, back-of-house support, shipping/receiving, and product display management.
- Collaborate across teams to escalate customer feedback, resolve issues, and share best practices.
- Perform keyholder duties including opening/closing procedures, team huddles, operational checklists, and reporting.
- 2-6 years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, automotive, or customer-facing environments; experience with premium or direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in high-velocity, results-oriented environments—preferably with a commission-based or performance-driven model.
- Passion for customer experience and a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information.
- Comfort operating high-performance vehicles and conducting demo drives with customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), POS tools, and productivity platforms like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to support new market launches, activations, or events.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical duties as needed.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must meet all MVR requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain applicable sales licenses if required.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging in your approach to customer interactions.
- Comfortable in fast-changing environments and thrive on solving new challenges.
- Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset and strong sense of ownership.
