What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Groundskeeper position at Riviera Heights Homeowners Association?
Handyman/Groundskeeper to conduct basic maintenance, clean up, and repairs of all HOA common area facilities and grounds to achieve a safe, healthy, aesthetically-pleasing environment. Janitorial responsibilities will be required, such as cleaning restrooms, trash removal, and general cleanup. Duties may include painting, landscaping, powerwashing, pool maintenance. Professional demeanor and must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Part-time (approx. 20 hrs/wk) and flexible work schedule.
