We are seeking a results-driven and experienced professional with a background in industrial distribution or B2B sales for a Senior Inside Sales Representative role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full sales cycle from inbound and outbound sales activities for a defined customer base
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide product solutions
- Process orders, follow up on quotes, and track shipments
- Work closely with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities and support sales performance goals
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial distribution, inside sales, or B2B environments
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
- Proven ability to manage accounts, multitask, and prioritize workload effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
