This is a full-time 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm on-site role for a Receptionist at Rizzo Brothers Inc. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, communicating effectively with internal and external parties, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Kentucky Notary is a plus
