ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be familiar with engineering concepts (e.g. fiber optic cable and structure).
- Provide administrative and field support for inside path placement projects.
- Complete all required forms and documents.
- Knowledge of PC applications and the mechanized support systems.
- All other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Requires HS diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of outside plant facilities, ISP (inside path design) and fiber technologies.
- Knowledge of PC software package tools, including word processing (i.e. Word, Excel).
REASONING ABILITY:
- This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Requires the ability to distinguish between general audience information and confidential information and to maintain confidentiality.
