Summary of Duties:
First point of contact to all assigned RK customers. Prepare/oversee accurate scope letters. Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Operations Team from the Preconstruction Team ensuring that there is a clear understanding and transfer of up-to-date information. Identify possible issues and coordinate solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the transfer of information from our customers to the RK team.
- Identify possible problems/issues and coordinate the solutions.
- Prepare/oversee accurate scope letters.
- Facilitate the transfer of projects to the Operations Team from the Pre-Construction Team.
- Ensure that the preconstruction services provided by RK meet customer requirements.
- Direction to the Construction/Design team (internal & external).
- Create scope summaries that clearly define the project pricing and responsibilities.
- Create an accurate trend timeline & pricing that defines accepted/pending/declined trends for the project.
- Explain and define pricing and scope to our clients.
- Be the RK representative to ensure that there is a clear understanding & transfer of up to date information.
- Offer solutions and gather information to keep the project scope clear and within budget.

- College/University graduate preferred with 7 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
