Responsibilities

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Prepare detailed project reports outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and quality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction management software (Prolog, ProCore) is essential.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and legal considerations in construction.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
