The Finance Manager, GFS, will be the finance business partner to the CEO of GFS in Michigan with an additional reporting line to the RMA Group CFO in Bangkok, Thailand. This is a key role that combines financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business partnering skills. The role is responsible for providing financial and business insights, analysis, and support to the CEO of Global Fleet Sales and their team to drive business growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
The Finance Manager will ensure the business is in line with the budget, control expenses, conduct feasibility studies for new investment, control investment ensuring that it is in line with the approval plan, conduct pricing studies ensuring that price and cost are recorded correctly. The position will work closely with the Headquarters to agree and support the Treasury and funding needs for Global Fleet Sales business by managing US banking relationships.
Responsibilities and Objectives :
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) :
Develop and implement financial planning and forecasting models, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and guidance to the CEO of GFS to help achieve business objectives and mitigate financial risks.
Drive cost efficiency across the business by identifying cost-saving opportunities and recommending cost reduction strategies.
Ensure effective cash and treasury management.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, internal controls, and legal and regulatory requirements.
