Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Multimedia Engineer to provide high-touch, white-glove support for virtual meetings and collaboration technologies in our Philadelphia office. This role will serve as on-site “remote hands” supporting a larger engineering team based in New York City, ensuring seamless operation of conferencing, voice, and collaboration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide white-glove support to executives and end-users hosting virtual and hybrid meetings
- Act as on-site remote hands for the NYC-based multimedia and collaboration engineering team
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco Jabber and related collaboration tools
- Perform basic Cisco voice administration tasks (adds, moves, and changes)
- Set up, monitor, and support conference rooms, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations during business hours
- Ensure high availability and optimal user experience for all meeting technologies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting Cisco Jabber
- Basic knowledge of Cisco voice systems (adds, moves, changes)
- Familiarity with enterprise video conferencing and collaboration platforms
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on executive-level, white-glove support
- Ability to work independently on-site while coordinating with a remote engineering team
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Onsite in Philadelphia, PA - 5 days per week
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- One-year contract with potential for permanent hire based on performance and business need
