A few of your main duties:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the units in the property. This requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances and HVAC, as well as customer service experience since this position interacts with residents.
- Complete daily work orders within 24 hours
- Complete work orders in prompt and efficient manner
- Perform maintenance as required to have apartments in a move in condition on a timely basis
- Perform preventative maintenance in buildings as required
- Diagnose and repair appliances

Requirements
- High School Diploma and 1-2 years of work experience in multifamily position(s)
- Drug free workplace
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of the work of other associates at a property
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including rotating on-call weekends
- Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements
- Ability to travel off-site for training courses
