Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align social media campaigns with company goals. Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses. Strong communication and creative skills. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus. Compensation:$50,000 annually plus performance-based bonuses.
