U.S. Shoring & Equipment Co., a subsidiary of RMS, is searching for a Rental Coordinator to join its team at its Euless, TX, location.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting to coordinate and facilitate our rental and sales business. Direct relationship contacts with customers as well as supporting the Territory Managers are daily aspects of this position.

Responsibilities :
- Billing customers for service, repair, and damages in a timely manner.
- Assist in customer account collections when needed.
- Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign, certificate of insurance per RMS requirements.
- Open work orders for rental preparation or rental return.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain customer communications for the rental / sales department.
- Assist counter in the rental process when needed.
- Additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Associate Degree in Business Management preferred but experience will be considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of communications technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, expedite, follow through to completion with attention to details.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
- Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
- Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
