Job Summary:
The Client Service Supervisor is the primary contact for all customer correspondence from the site. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team. This position works closely with the General Manager and Account Manager, and acts as a liaison between the site and the customer. They will be responsible for collecting and reporting data to ensure KPIs, as set forth by the customer, are understood and met. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing client satisfaction and driving the success of our operations through effective partnership and collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Monitor daily level of service to customers and ensure RoadOne is meeting contractual obligations.
· Monitor overages, shortages and damages, and ensure proper documenting and reporting.
· Interact with clients to proactively determine areas of needed improvement or change.
· Evaluate internal processes with Operations leadership to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
· Establish and maintain a culture of Continuous Process Improvement (Right way, Wrong way and Better way)
· Participate in customer meetings, process reviews and new client implementations.
· Communicate customer KPIs to the Operations team.
· Create and distribute KPI reports to the customer as requested.
· Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Warehouse Management System.
· Partner with Operations to ensure data integrity for reporting and billing purposes.
· Develop/maintain site specific SOPs and work instructions.
· Ensure the General Manager is well-informed of potential issues and KPI misses.
· Team with Operations’ leadership to develop Corrective Action Plans when KPIs are not met.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 5 years of experience in client management / warehouse operations
· Proven experience in client relationship management
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Assertive, adaptive, resilient, and a self-starter
· Keen ability in organization agility by balancing internal requirements along with satisfying client request with proper communication to both parties.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
