Peoplesoft Analyst

We are looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Analyst to join our team in Somerset, New Jersey. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and end-users.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve issues within PeopleSoft applications, including specific modules such as Campus Solutions.
• Collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
• Partner with development teams to design, test, and deploy system customizations and enhancements.
• Configure systems and oversee patches, upgrades, and data migration processes.
• Create and execute test scripts to validate system updates and new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, training materials, and support procedures.
• Act as a liaison between technical staff and end-users to ensure business objectives are achieved.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about PeopleSoft updates, tools, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a PeopleSoft Analyst or similar application support role.
• Proficiency in working with PeopleSoft modules such as Financials, Campus Solutions, or other relevant areas.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, and Query Manager.
• Familiarity with system integrations, including integration broker and related tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Dell Technologies, computer hardware, and Cisco technologies is a plus.
