RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the firm's established and growing corporate and securities practice. As part of the corporate and securities team, our attorneys routinely handle a variety of complex matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities. The candidate should have at least three years of experience in some or all of these areas. Corporate and securities experience for real estate investment companies is a plus but not required.
Beyond substantive experience, an ideal candidate should be a self-starter and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is a must and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required;
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required

Compensation is based on experience. Bonus eligible with a bonus structure outlined based on billable requirement.
