- Conducting structured consult calls to assess eligibility and urgency
- Educating families on the Marchman Act and Guardianship options
- Accurately documenting information in our CRM and case management systems
- Coordinating next steps with attorneys, client concierge, and legal staff
- Maintaining professionalism and compassion in high-emotion conversations
- You are calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent
- You can balance empathy with structure and process
- You communicate clearly and confidently by phone and in writing
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with systems and scripts

- Prior experience in sales, case management, or client services required
