What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Planner position at Robinson Pharma?
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates assigned customer orders and ensure company resources are utilized appropriately.
- Creates lots for all the Purchase Orders turned in from Customer Service.
- Works with R&D for blending instructions.
- Creates master batch records and updates master file when needed.
- Issues batch records for production.
- Reviews and verifies all required information is accurate on the master batch records.
- Collects 4 difference department approvals and signs master batch record before hands to production.
- Follows up on the raw material arrival date to ensure the accuracy and stability of production schedule.
- Works closely with purchasing department to get the status of raw materials and estimated time of arrival.
- Issues formula to weigh up and schedules priority orders.
- Schedules order for Weigh up to weigh out needed materials for production.
- Follows up on the order until it is completed from weigh up and scheduled for production.
- Updates production schedule Tablet/Capsule and Soft-gel daily and sends out daily via email to the
- appropriate group.
- Works closely with production, sales and customer service staff to provide the best available ship date for customers.
- Expedites customer orders, tracks and troubleshoots late orders.
- Creates master packaging record based on customer specification for Customer Service to check all the components allocated and layout instructions.
- Follows up on all the orders for the daily schedule for blending date and packaging.
- Issues packaging batch record for Customer Service and communicates when the order is complete.
- Updates Master file when needed.
- Issues master and batch record ahead of time and production will fill in manufacture date for all powder orders.
- Completes other projects/tasks as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic Math, reading, writing skills
- Good communication in English (verbal & written)
