Guest Service associates play a key role in creating a fun and memorable fan experience by providing fast, friendly customer service during Milkmen home games and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet fans with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating areas
- Assist with guest relations
- Box office duties as needed
- Assist with fan directional throughout the stadium
- Ensure proper credentials in proper areas
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy game-day environment
- Assist with opening, closing, and post-event cleanup duties
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (age requirements may vary by position)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Schedule & Availability
- Must be available for Milwaukee Milkmen home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Additional shifts may be available for special events at Franklin Field
