Server Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and take orders
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Plan and present menu to guests
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish floor supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Requirements
- 2 years working as a server High Volume**
- AM Open Availability
- Tequila knowledge a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep be organized, keep floor stocked and clean
Education and/or Work Experience Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support.
- Must be able to work independently and carry out assignments within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Proficient in a variety of restaurant based computer software programs, such as POS, MS Office, Open Table and other restaurant management software.
