Roche Bros. is looking for a skilled Junior Designer to be part of our talented in-house Marketing team. You will help manage, grow, and implement the creative vision of our brand. You will play an integral role in the creation of marketing communications, creative campaigns, branded materials and experiences. This role is a key player on our forward-looking and fast-paced Marketing team. The core purpose of this position is to develop and deliver creative assets across our digital and print ecosystem, contributing to a best-in-class guest experience. You will have an acute attention to detail, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel. This role requires a team player who has agency or in-house experience and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Designer and will help execute final deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred, or related experience working on design, production, and adaptation of assets to different channels, both print and digital. E-mail experience a big plus.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to proactively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects within time constraints and with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across many different platforms while building consistency.
- Ability to be flexible, to adapt quickly to change, and to focus and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with brand refreshes and within brand guidelines preferred.
- Online creative portfolio required.
- Design and assist in the production of assets for digital and print content, inclusive of in-store signage, print materials, emails, social, paid, and out-of-home.
- Work collaboratively & iteratively with Marketing team to execute and deliver on-brand clear, organized, and elevated content.
- Work within a defined but dynamic brand system, to ensure creative is aligned across deliverables.
- Maintain responsibility for projects from creative hand-off through final delivery.
- Adapt, resize, and rework creative collateral across both print and digital mediums.
- Help evolve the Roche Bros. brand system through style guides, templates, iconography, typography, illustrations, and visual imagery.
- Deliver production-ready files on time and with attention to detail.
- Be a critical and creative thinker, to help pitch ideas that solve the problems of the brief and help further and elevate our brand.
