General Summary
This position focuses on supporting and developing supplier account relationships and programs in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Develop supplier programs with designated tier 1, tier 2 and targeted suppliers.
- Assist in development with all suppliers as needed.
- Develop key relationships with executive, sales, distribution and product group management.
- Establish sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year.
- Work with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs for maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester.
- Focus analysis on heartbeat products ( i.e.MPU’s,MCU’s, FPGA’s,ASIC’s) that are planned for LTB or in the process.
- Develop supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other).
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline.
- Minimum ten (10 ) years of industry and/or business related experience
- Strong background in Semiconductor sales
- Strong background in global marketing & sales
- Demonstrated success within the EMS market
- Strong interpersonal skills
