What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Rochester Machine Corporation?
We are looking to hire a motivated maintenance technician in an established CNC precision machine shop. Must have some type of maintenance / electrical background.
Duties would include routine maintenance / upkeep on CNC machines, forklifts, equipment, buildings, vehicles, and more.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in industrial maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, logic controllers, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and other departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
