What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse LPN/RN position at ROCHESTER PRESBYTERIAN HOME INC?
Status: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem
Shift: Day, Evening- All candidates must be willing to work rotating weekends and Holidays
Position Requirements: 1 year of elder care or direct care experience is preferred but not required. Nursing Licensure (LPN / RN) required with the exception of Graduate Nurse candidates
$500 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE!
RPH is looking for LPN or RN candidates who are passionate about caring for elders. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Medication monitoring and administration, acting as clinical lead to staff, case management, care planning and oversight, personal care assistance as needed, meal planning and enrichment recreation as needed.
Ideal candidates SMILE OFTEN, have a positive attitude, are self-directed, team spirited and share a deep respect and affection for Elders.
The Rochester Presbyterian Home in Rochester, NY has been serving Elders for over 90 years. RPH also manages RPH-East Memory Care Residences at Creekstone in Fairport, NY and RPH West Memory Care Residences at Cottage Grove in North Chili, NY.
These residences are unique assisted living communities – one of the first of its kind in New York State. They are designed to provide the latest in long term care for persons with early to mid-stage dementia.
