Compensation: $17 - $21/hour (based on experience)

Part-time Cleaner/Light Maintenance Technician (20-25 hrs./week)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall outstanding cleanliness and daily upkeep of the property.
- Ensure thorough and proper cleaning of all areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability in daily tasks.
- Perform snow removal duties as required.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.
- Clean and maintain common areas.
- Regularly inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.
- Work professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years’ minimum experience related to janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required.
- Experience in property management is a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to respond to On-call.
- Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).
