Job Overview:

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with key partners within the automotive industry, including OEMs, Financial Service Providers, Digital Service Providers & more. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive and collaborative experience for our partners, driving mutual success, and contributing to the overall growth and satisfaction of the network. Additionally, you will provide hands-on support to field teams and their dealers, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal usage of the RockED platform.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and aligning them with our products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with frontline partner field team staff, offering guidance and resources to drive engagement.

Support and Enablement

  • Provide dedicated support to field teams and their dealers, ensuring seamless adoption and usage of the RockED platform.
  • Assist in training and enablement efforts to boost engagement, knowledge retention, and platform utilization.
  • Serve as a liaison between RockED and partner field team leadership, ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for partners and their dealers.
  • Gather feedback from partners and field teams, relaying insights to internal teams for continuous platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement partner-specific initiatives and campaigns.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track and manage all partner interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and report on partner engagement and performance metrics to inform strategic improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer relationship management, partner experience, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with all levels of management both within partner organizations as well as dealerships.
  • High level of comfort discussing detailed business topics via phone calls and video conferences.
  • Strong understanding of automotive dealerships and the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and proficiency in utilizing them for partner relationship management.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
