Position
Operations Associate based in Chicago, IL to assist with managing various aspects of client operational needs for a Private Wealth Management division team. Will partner with the Operations Manager to support broad direction, policies, and guidelines for the team’s operational side of the business.
Responsibilities
• Help define success criteria and core metrics, including leading indicators which will be used to evaluate overall business performance
• Improve and monitor internal processes, setting up internal systems, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics and continually introduce process improvement measures and present suggestions
• Drive decisions for operations activities and responsible for special projects
• Ensure that operational priorities are aligned with the team’s elevated client experience
• Support the Advisor team with all related operational activities and needs
• Handle various administrative functions
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Operational experience a plus
