Primary Responsibility
Perform all necessary duties as assigned, including receiving, putting away, picking, shipping, validating, physical counting (cycle and year end). They must maintain fork truck certifications in order to be able to operate all types of trucks (fork, extended fork, picker). Follow all policies and procedures, including all BRC standards.

- Develop working knowledge of all related systems. Must be able to perform any task necessary within the warehouse
- Warehouse system
- Sage X3 (as necessary)
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse
- Sweeping
- Picking up
- Scrubbing the floors
- Understand the Quality Policy
- Understand and follow the BRC standards
- Follow All quality policies
Qualifications
- Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
- Prior experience driving forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks preferred
- The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
