Rocket Pest is currently hiring Outside Sales Professionals to manage an assigned sales territory, develop and execute sales plans, generate new leads, upsell existing customers, and conduct inspections in crawlspaces, confined spaces, and attics.

Key Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Professional :

• Conduct home and commercial site inspections and prepare customized proposals.
• Prospect for new business, gather customer information, present solutions, and close sales.
• Establish new customer contacts, follow up on leads, and submit proposals.
• Participate in community activities to generate new leads.
• Respond promptly to all leads received via phone, email, and office mail.
• Maintain professionalism and respect customers' premises.
• Understand contract terms and competitor offerings.
• Attend sales meetings and training classes.
• Maintain sales vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Adhere to driving laws and company policies.
• Participate in collections efforts and handle additional projects.

Qualifications of an Outside Sales Professional :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred but not required, in-home inspection / route experience preferred.
• Ability to use a ladder and perform physical tasks (lifting 20 lbs, climbing, crawling).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be alert and work safely.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum 18 years of age required.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.

Work Environment :

• Outdoor work subject to weather conditions (hot, cold, humid, rainy).
• Exposure to noise, chemicals, and confined spaces.
