JOB SUMMARY:
Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties include, but are not limited to, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating/editing spreadsheets, file initiation, filing documents, and mailing documents. Extensive software skills are preferred, as well as Internet research abilities, social media advertisement, and strong communication skills.
JOB ROLES:
⦁ Assist customers and clients with limited transaction-related questions
⦁ Support the office & facilities manager in various office administration duties, including facility and general maintenance services.
⦁ Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Operate manual and electronic mailing equipment. Interact with courier companies.
⦁ Perform clerical tasks, such as arranging letters, memorandums, invoices, and other indexed documents according to an established system
⦁ Operate office equipment and complete general office work. Additional duties may include making outbound calls, confirming appointments, and checking voicemails.
⦁ Sort and prepare documents for imaging. Scan and verify documents and index images.
⦁ Must have knowledge of document imaging & scanning hardware and software, as well as experience creating electronic copies of documents. Experience with Microsoft Office and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat is highly suggested.
⦁ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
⦁ Data Input, order generation, and multi-tasking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
⦁ Completion of a High School Diploma or GED required.
⦁ Prior clerical experience is preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
⦁ Reliable transportation
⦁ Advanced knowledge of Social Media Websites (Facebook, IG, etc.) and Generating Posts
Role Specific Knowledge:
⦁ Good client relations and organizational skills.
⦁ Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
⦁ Ability to read and interpret documents.
⦁ Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
⦁ Strong communication, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
