Rocking Horse Ranch, an award-winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a talented and dynamic Dining Room/FOH Manager to lead a team in a fast paced, high energy dining room serving up to 500 guests per meal.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of guest service, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service by our restaurant staff
- Recruit, train, mentor and appraise all personnel; assist in overseeing upwards of 100 F&B team members
- Excellent supervisory, training, and communication skills
- Demonstrate high sanitation standards and exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
- Several years management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, adept at multi-tasking, and a true team player
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Working knowledge of various software programs (Micros or similar POS system, MS Office)
