Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award-winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a talented and energetic Guest Services Attendant. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant personality and will create memorable guest experiences. Shifts vary from: 7:30-3pm, 3-11pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm, or 11-7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests upon arrival, exceeding expectations and first impressions
- Handle all guest inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgency
- Coordinate luggage collection, storage, and delivery
- Provide shuttle service for guests to various locations, including the train station, airport, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1 year(s) customer service experience
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
- Must possess valid driver's license and be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs at a time on a regular basis, such as luggage/carts
