Rockstars of Tomorrow Musicians Academy in Frisco, TX
Part Time instructors needed immediately for in-studio lessons.
Play music in a band, looking to make a few extra bucks???
- Choose your own hours.
- Inspire young musicians to become crazy good.
- Work in a killer studio environment.
Piano/Key, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, and Voice Instructors wanted. Songwriting is a major plus!!!
Basic & Essential Functions:
- Training and instructing students (mirror and mentor training)
- Continually developing and researching greater training methods.
- Work directly with students and parents to ensure a high-quality client experience at all times.
- Keeping their work environment clean and orderly.
- Keep parents (if applicable) informed with face to face communication and emails showing student’s progress and practice plans.
- Communicate with students between lessons (encouragement, check ins and virtual fist bumps)

Qualifications:*
- Clear background check
- An advanced knowledge of training methods and procedures.
- Professional communication skills.
- Actively supervises, motivates and supports improvement for the ROCKSTARS experience.
- Self-directed and self-motivated; takes initiative.
- Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.
- Organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and is a team player.
- Works well under pressure.
- Can effectively solve problems.
- Able to take direction.
- Knowledgeable in core instrument.
- Teaching, performance, recording, formal music theory training or some mix of the above.
- Ability to communicate and connect with students.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
