Your future team:
You will become part of the Maintenance team as a supervisor focused on total preventative maintenance of the equipment within the Ranson Facility - Concentrating on Operational Excellence through the view of a MRO lens. If you enjoy improving processes associated with maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment, then this role is for you.
What you will be doing:
- Partner with other Maintenance Supervisors to achieve continuous improvement goals driven by the Preventative Maintenance Plans.
- Oversee all MRO Purchasing and Spare Parts Inventory by supervising Purchasing Agents and Storeroom Team.
- Manage the PM Module within our SAP System for Maintenance Department.
- Compile data from various ROCKWOOL Systems to assist in analyzing challenges within the manufacturing facility and develop innovative solutions.
- Asset Management focused on maintaining and improving manufacturing machinery, in order to reduce downtime and operating cost.
- Implement Kaizen throughout all company functions, with a focus on Maintenance Department and Storeroom.
- Increase the OEE by focusing on the six big losses.
- Coordinate with the operations, maintenance, and process to develop and implement new ideas to increase the overall effectiveness of the production process and its assets.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 5 years’ practical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skilled in data acquisition report building.
- Prior SAP experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience of inventory organization preferred.

- Acute attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and trouble shooting ability.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams at multiple levels within the organization.
