Overview: We are seeking an Accountant I to join our finance and accounting team. As an Accountant I at RMT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift schedule, and will require on-site work.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end close processes. Prepare financial reports and analysis. Assist with banking and cash management activities. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Requirements: Minimally an Associate's degree in Accounting or related field, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
