Key Sub Tasks
- Thorough understanding of the Massachusetts Electrical or Plumbing Code to stand inspections
- Flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate the schedules of various Town Inspectors
- High level of professionalism required to interact and communicate well with customers, town inspectors, office staff and co-workers
- Must hold current Massachusetts Electrical or Plumbing License
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in service work
- Applicants must have a current driver's license and a good driving record
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut, assertive, and drug-free
- Able to work in a team atmosphere
