What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Accountant position at Roechling Automotive Duncan?
SUMMARY: The Tax Accountant – US will be responsible to provide domestic and international tax support for the Roechling Industrial, Medical and Automotive divisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Able to research and respond to general tax questions, including tax credits and grants.
· Gather and verify transfer pricing studies and benchmarking.
· Collect and research intercompany transactions with international focus.
· Calculate and prepare property tax returns for multiple jurisdictions.
· Working with tax advisors at law firms and accounting firms.
· Respond to tax notices and serve as the contact person for tax authorities as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Tax or Finance with 5-10 years related experience with a manufacturing company. CPA License required along with experience in international tax law supporting the US, Mexico and/or Germany. Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot table and v-look ups. CCH Access tax software experience is preferred.
