RLC specializes in the placement and finishing of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC), installation of polyester polymer concrete (PPC), asphaltic plug joints, and other pavement maintenance work.
RLC has four full-service office & shop facilities in Oregon: Bend, Coburg, Hillsboro, and Medford. We have a workforce of over 150 team members and a large contingency of concrete paving and support equipment. All are dedicated to our mission statement, which is to be “the contractor of choice.”

Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Concrete Laborer (preferred)
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as concrete mixers.
- Familiarity with power tools used in concrete work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work.
- Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
