What would you do working in this role?
- Assist in fabrication and installation of sheet metal fittings
- Work with Journeymen to construct fabrications from customer drawings (involves custom fabricated items)
- Cutting, measuring, assembling, insulating
- Assist with building maintenance (sweeping, shop clean up, organizing shop, etc.)
- Grinding
- Loading/unloading vehicles
- Train in the shop fabrication process
- Maintain a Lean working environment

- Have strong math and reading comprehension
- Be self-motivated and self-accountable
- Great attendance and strong work ethic
