Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media and Events Manager at Rohrman Automotive Group located in Fort Wayne, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, communication strategies, content strategy development, social media optimization (SMO), and writing engaging content. This person will also be planning and executing quarterly events for the 5 stores in Fort Wayne. The brands include Toyota, Lexus, Kia, Nissan, and Infiniti. We are looking for someone who is high energy, loves people, and can role with a changing schedule.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Content Strategy and Writing abilities
- Experience in managing social media campaigns
- Knowledge of social media analytics and trends
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
