Rolling Hills is seeking a Social Service Director for a long term care facility.
The Social Services Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.
At Rolling Hills, you will see that we have a lot of resources to help our director in many ways. Such as; discharge planning, mental health care, and help with those wtih dependency issues.
Qualifications of Social Service Director:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.
- Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred
- Excellent communication skills
