**Resident Care Provider/Caregiver Wanted**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide quality care to our Memory Care residents.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Resident Care Provider/Caregiver to provide exceptional care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and promoting independence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide quality of care by following the care plan, including dressing, grooming, nutrition, and hygiene
- Understand electronic charting and follow/carry out resident's ISP's (care plans)
- Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulations
- Promote residents' independence
- Assist with dietary services, cleaning, laundry, and activities
**Wages and Benefits:**
- Hourly wage: $16-$18
- Immediate openings for 8-hour shifts (6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a), FT/PT/per diem
- Hours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OT
- PT: 0-32 hours/week
- FT: 32-40 hours/week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off)

**Qualifications:**
- Pre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background Check
- The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed
- The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Must be Reliable and have transportation
