Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleans buildings on a weekly basis (mopping, sweeping, throwing trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.)
- Performs other duties as specified by the Pastor or Plant Manager
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual/physical labor including frequent bending, walking, lifting of 10 pounds or more
- Experience in maintenance or trades preferred
- Good organization skills
- Good communications skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to pre-employment screening including criminal history background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Certified in Safe Environment training provided by the Office for Safe Environment and Child & Family Resources
- Position requires adherence to diocesan policies and procedures
