We are actively seeking an Amazing HVAC Purchasing Agent in Charlotte, NC area to join our award WINNING team.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change

Position Responsibilities:
- Support and guide the estimating personnel, project managers, and construction managers on purchasing procedures
- Ensure that all administration procedures are followed and executed in a professional manner
- Adheres to purchasing policies, processes and procedures.
- Carries out warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Uses knowledge of material to acquire required equipment and related installation material.
- Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
- Uses knowledge of machines and equipment to schedule items necessary to meet construction phases and deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Administrative/Clerical Experience required
- 2 years of Construction Experience required
- HVAC Experience a plus
- Timberline Software Experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required
- Must have a High School Degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must adhere to company screenings
- Must have valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting
- Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
