What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Per Diem) position at Rome Health?
Rome Health is currently seeking per diem LPNs for multiple departments within the outpatient setting. Rome Health is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for patients and their families.
The LPN assesses, directs, and coordinates patient care and procedures in an efficient, empathetic, and timely manner appropriate to the age of the patients served. Serves as a patient advocate and health teacher.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and possess a current New York LPN license.
