We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at Glasgow, KY.
Job Description:
- Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Filing and scanning documents
- Assisting guests with their check in/check out process
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
- Fulfill all daily tasks with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean work area and appearance of front desk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and be able to sit or stand for periods of time.
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, be able to pass a background check.
- Hotel experience required
- 3rd shift availability 2-3 days per week is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
