What are the responsibilities and job description for the Respiratory Therapist position at Rome Memorial Hospital?
Rome Health is currently seeking a per diem registered respiratory therapist . Acute care therapy experience is preferred.
Respiratory therapists deliver respiratory care therapeutic modalities, perform diagnostic testing, promote healthy pulmonary habits, provide instruction in respiratory care topics to patients, staff, and the general public, and intervene in cardiopulmonary emergencies.
Education:
Graduation from an accredited two or four year program in Respiratory Care and certification in BLS. Credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support preferred.
