What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service BDC Specialist position at Romeoville Toyota?
Romeoville Toyota is looking for an experienced Service BDC representative to join our service team!
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer incoming calls for service department. Set appointments for customers according to their service needs.
- Accurately track service/parts appointments – utilizing Dealer Track and Dealer FX.
- Follow-up and confirm appointments with service customers to ensure they arrive at their scheduled time
- Assist service customers with information pertaining to recall information
- Place outbound calls to Parts customers to pick up their parts and capture appointment for their service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, positive attitude is a must!
- Ability to speak articulately
