What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Hygienist position at Romie Lane Dental Group?
Our private, friendly family and cosmetic dental office in South Salinas is looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
This will be a permanent, long-term, and stable position for the right candidate.
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality care to our patients!
We believe in relationship building with our patients, and our established practice over 15 years has a very efficient and active hygiene department.
We are fully digital, well-equipped with suggested PPE and follow recommended COVID-19 protocols. Extraoral suction and air management protocols are in place.
Requirements:
- Ability to thoroughly present findings to the dentist
- Educate the patient on the treatment recommended by the dentist
- Maintain a strong acceptance rate
- Confident with chair-side skills and proficiency in dental hygiene procedures
- Ability to stay on time while providing patients with excellent dental hygiene care
- Good work ethic
- Communication skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Friendly and caring
- Basic knowledge of digital x-rays and intra-oral cameras
